Narara Marine National Park | Gujarat | Travel Attractions

Narara Marine National Park located near Vadinar in Gujarat is India's first marine sanctuary and one of the rare places in the world where you can see live coral reefs by walking on the seabed during low tide. The ideal window to visit Narara Marine National Park is from October to March. You can walk up to 3 km into the sea during low tide to observe marine life in ankle-to-knee-deep water. You can spot various species without diving or swimming at Narara Marine National Park including octopuses, pufferfish, starfish, sea anemones, crabs (over 42 species), sea cucumbers, and various live corals. Narara Marine National Park is located approximately 55–60 km from Jamnagar, Gujarat.
