Gooty Fort is an ancient hilltop fortress for trekking travel located in the Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. Rising approximately 300 metres above the plains, Gooty Fort is one of India's oldest hill forts and is designated as a centrally protected monument of national importance. Gooty Fort can be reached for travel from Bangalore (265 km) and Hyderabad (311 km).
